MHZ is an interior design and fit-out company based in Dammam. We work with homeowners, brands and businesses on villas, showrooms, offices, hotels and exhibitions — from the first conversation to the finished space, with the exact scope agreed for each project.
Our approach is quiet and architectural: natural stone, warm timber, considered light and careful detailing, always in service of the people who use the space.

Wall cladding, joinery and ceiling lines are set out and aligned before finishes go on, so panels, joints and lighting meet cleanly.
Checked before handover
Lighting, finishes and junctions are inspected on site and corrected before a space is handed over.

Which cities do you work in?
We serve Jubail, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Dammam and Riyadh. Projects elsewhere in Saudi Arabia are available on request — tell us the location and scope and we will let you know whether we can take it on.
Do you offer design only, or design and fit-out?
We work on both interior design and fit-out. Some clients come to us for design; others for the full journey to a finished space. The exact scope is agreed for each project after the first consultation.
What should I prepare for a first consultation?
Anything that helps us understand the space: drawings or measurements if you have them, photos of the current condition, how the space will be used, your preferred timing, and images that capture the feeling you are after. If you do not have drawings yet, that is fine.
How is a project priced?
Pricing depends on scope, size, materials and timing. Once the design direction and scope are clear, we prepare a quotation that sets out what is included.
