A hotel repeats the same rooms many times, so small differences show. Setting-out, joinery and finishes are kept consistent from the first floor to the last.

On a tower, the way materials move and the order of work matter as much as the finishes. Access, material staging and the sequence of floors are agreed early in the scope.
Finishes that last
Lobbies, corridors and guest rooms are used every day. Stone, timber, wall finishes and joinery are chosen for wear and easy upkeep as well as for how they look.
